We will respond to verified requests within 45 days, with the possibility of a single 45-day extension where reasonably necessary. We may request information needed to verify your identity before processing certain requests.

Residents of Virginia (VCDPA), Colorado (CPA), Connecticut (CTDPA), Texas (TDPSA), and other states with applicable consumer privacy legislation may have similar rights, including rights to access, correct, delete, obtain a portable copy of, or appeal decisions regarding their personal information, subject to applicable exceptions.
